- Install original version
- Go to sdcard0/android/obb/
- Rename com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftD4HM to com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftAD4HMx
- Uninstall market version and install the modded apk
- Rename obb back to com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftD4HM
- Play!

Change language: Click on settings on the top right corner of the screen. Then click on the 3rd (last) green tab, and scroll the 2nd last bar from there. It's the language scroll until you get english.
